David Krueger and family have owned Krueger’s, a 12 lane center with Bar and Restaurant for more than 60 years. The Krueger’s retained Pinnacle Entertainment Group to take their existing video arcade to a full scale redemption arcade featuring newly introduced redemption games and counter. PEA provided our full game room launch package of services for the game room arcade modernization and integration. Before we could start the project PEA assisted David by attending a Menomonee Falls Planning Commission Meeting to explain the dynamics of the modern day game room and to seek the village’s approval for the expansion. Pinnacle’s work includes space and economic planning, game selection, vendor selection, game layout, debit card system selection and implementation, redemption center layout, design, and fabrication as well as implementing our operating system.
