Pinnacle Entertainment Group served in a senior advisory role to the Disney management team for the development of the ESPN Zone entertainment concept. ESPN Zone is a restaurant at Downtown Disney at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, formerly a restaurant chain that included arcades, TV studios, and radio studios, formerly owned by the American cable network ESPN. This was a two year engagement culminating in the successful launch of the concept. Our contributions centered on business modeling, facility design, layout, game and attraction development, purchasing programs, merchandise programs, and management systems design and implementation.
