Nick Dimatteo

Nick brings over 25 years of F&B, Arcade, Route, and Inline store Entertainment Experience to leverage on behalf of our clients.  After several years of multi-unit management in the food and beverage industry, Nick moved into the amusement industry as a manager with Namco Cybertainment. After holding several positions in both in-line stores and route operations, he joined Tricorp Amusements at a pivotal time in the company’s growth. In 2011, Nick left as Northeast Director of Operations with Tricorp to begin a career at Dave & Buster’s; in his last position as Director of Amusement Strategy, Nick supported programs to drive amusement sales and efficiencies for all the company’s locations.  In two separate companies, Nick achieved over a 50% promotion rate among his staff while operating more than 10,000 games.

Originally from Philadelphia, Nick and his family relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2021. As the CEO/CGO of Fortyfivegames, he provides design, consulting, and mentorship opportunities to amusement-related organizations stateside and abroad.

In 2023, Nick joined Pinnacle Entertainment Group as the Vice President of Operations and Business Development. In this role, Nick leverages years of experience with large-scale chain management and will assist Entertainment concepts to maximize their potential through strategic programs like parts and service management, game purchasing, culture building, and accountability process.
Nick’s experience, combined with the Pinnacle team’s industry-leading background in management, operations, card system usage, and redemption management at scale, is an unparalleled resource for new FECs, growing LBE concepts, theme parks and large chains.

Nick completed the Drexel University Corporate Education program, where he studied Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.  He sits on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Esports Trade Association.  Most importantly, he is the proud father of three daughters, two sons, and two dogs.
