Pinnacle’s job was to advise on all aspects of the game room arcade and family entertainment attractions, including regular site visits, quality control implementation, and monitoring of sales reports. Recently upgraded FEC attractions include new, state of the art Laser Tag, Laser Frenzy, and updated redemption operation.

All Star utilizes Pinnacle Strategic client Redemption Plus for its merchandise management system and Embed as its debit card system provider in all of its centers.
