This fast casual pizza restaurant chain, established in 1981, primarily serves pizza, of course, but it also offers a salad bar and chicken and a buffet of pizza as well as chicken. The chain includes more than 180 locations in 13 states – North Dakota, California, Illinois, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Iowa, Minnesota, Wyoming, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, and Wisconsin.
Pinnacle’s relationship with Pizza Ranch began with its South Dakota franchisee in 2011. Todd Pharis and his team saw the potential for adding a state of the art redemption game room. Pinnacle work with the Pizza Ranch team to integrate the game room into the Pizza Ranch experience.
Pinnacle’s services included planning, design, game and vendor selection, and training for our proven game room operating systems. We continue to monitor the locations key performance indicators and advise the franchisee.
In 2014 through the present, Pinnacle was retained by Pizza Ranch corporate to advise on the planning, design, and operation of a corporate prototype redemption game room, which opened in Kansas City, MO in 2015. This was followed on by a second location in 2016. We continue to monitor and work with corporate management on all family entertainment matters.
In the same time period we began working with another Pizza Ranch franchisee, Wagon’s West management, for their testing of redemption game rooms in their restaurants. Pinnacle provided its Game Room launch suite of services. The Wagon’s West team opened with the best performance yet and plans to add redemption game rooms to several more locations. Pizza Ranch utilizes the Embed debit card system and Redemption Plus for its merchandise management program.
